Your participation to the Women Entrepreneur Award is subject to registration procedures and approvals, which we may accept or reject at our sole discretion. Your participation is governed by separate terms and conditions ("WEA Participant Terms & Conditions") that are available on the relevant sections of this site. In the event of conflict between these conditions and the service terms, the provisions of the WEA Participant Terms & Conditions will apply.

Should such conduct occur, the offending party shall be subject to immediate corrective action, including but not limited to the termination of this Agreement.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising as a result of your use of the site or on the interpretation of these conditions will upon written request of either party be addressed by authorised representatives of both parties. The representatives will negotiate in good faith in an effort to resolve the dispute on amicable terms.
Should the representatives be unable to resolve a dispute, such dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Mauritius.
Governing Law
These conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius.
